Our team currently consists of five attorneys, two junior attorneys and legal interns and we also benefit from cooperation with Arrows advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., for which we are contractual partners in the Pilsen region. We also cooperate with participating tax advisors, expert witnesses, trustees, executive officers and academic staff members. The purpose of this cooperation is always to offer the client a comprehensive solution to their matter.
In addition to their legal practice, the members of the firm are engaged in academic activities at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where they conduct seminars on commercial, civil and procedural law, publish professional texts and participate in international legal conferences.

It would be pointless to list all the legal services, we provide here. However, we will give a few examples. We provide legal services to one of the largest real estate agencies in the Pilsen Region. We provide legal oversight for a joint-stock company with a turnover of billions of crowns operating in the agriculture sector. We collect our clients' receivables in insolvency proceedings, such as those involving Setuza a.s., but we also handle the bankruptcies of large industrial companies from the outset.
And when it comes to criminal law – believe us when we say that you have definitely heard of many of the cases, we we are working on. We are not afraid of big cases. All of the above are just fragments of our work, which does not depend on what we offer, but primarily on what our clients need…
Our knowledge development did not end with passing the bar exam. We are a limited liability company. Most independent lawyers only have basic liability insurance for the provision of legal services, which amounts to a mere CZK 7 milion and let's be honest, that's the price of a small apartment these days. Our company is insured for CZK 100 million in liability for the provision of legal services, which gives our clients a 100% sense of security. In the case of ad hoc assignments, we negotiate even higher insurance limits, as protecting our clients' rights is our top priority.
Thanks to the size of our team, we are fully substitutable, and the founding partners have an overview of all ongoing cases. You, our clients, have their personal telephone contact details. This means that, if necessary, usually in criminal or tax cases, we are able to provide services outside normal working hours, at night and on weekends, in short, when the client needs it, and not just when it suits the lawyer.
Thanks to our modern office management system, we are able to provide our services more efficiently, saving us time and you money. Although we also keep physical files, they are available in electronic form to the entire office in real time anywhere in the world. We are able to passively monitor deadlines, statutes of limitations, possible bankruptcies of entities, changes in the land registry, etc., thus ensuring our clients peace of mind and taking over these administrative concerns for them while ensuring maximum data protection.
In accordance with the regulations of the Czech Bar Association, we can provide services for a fee determined by a share of the outcome of the case (a so-called success fee). You know the clear hourly rate or percentage share from the outset. Our prices and services are completely transparent.
When accepting a case, we charge an advance payment determined on the basis of the specific circumstances of the case, which should be adequate for the volume of legal services expected to be provided in the following two months. We apply exceptions to this rule when providing services to regular clients or on the basis of an ad hoc agreement.
Costs associated with external collaborators of our office, court, administrative, or other fees (notary fees or expert opinions) are paid in full by the client, but everything depends on the agreement.
Contractual remuneration (charged every 15 minutes):
We are VAT payers, so invoiced services are always subject to value added tax at the statutory rate.
In the case of so-called urgent provision of legal services, the contractual remuneration may be increased accordingly.
Compensation for lost time is 15% of the hourly rate for each half hour commenced. Travel expenses are CZK 12/kilometer for the Lawyer's travel to a location related to the provision of legal services.
According to Decree No. 177/1996 Coll., Decree of the Ministry of Justice on lawyers' fees and reimbursements for the provision of legal services (lawyer's tariff).
