Our team currently consists of five attorneys, two junior attorneys and legal interns and we also benefit from cooperation with Arrows advokátní kancelář, s.r.o., for which we are contractual partners in the Pilsen region. We also cooperate with participating tax advisors, expert witnesses, trustees, executive officers and academic staff members. The purpose of this cooperation is always to offer the client a comprehensive solution to their matter.
In addition to their legal practice, the members of the firm are engaged in academic activities at the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, where they conduct seminars on commercial, civil and procedural law, publish professional texts and participate in international legal conferences.

It is quite unnecessary to list all the legal services we are able to provide at this point. However, we will give a few examples for all of them. We provide legal services to one of the largest real estate agencies in the Pilsen region. We oversee the legal operation of a joint stock company with a billion-dollar turnover in the agricultural sector. We enforce our client's claims in insolvency proceedings such as Setuza a.s. but we have also dealt with bankruptcies of large industrial companies from the beginning.
And when it comes to criminal law - believe me, you've heard of many of the cases we work on. We are not afraid of big cases. All of the above are just fragments of our work, but it is not dependent on what we offer, but primarily on what our clients need...
The development of our knowledge has not ended with the passing of the bar exams. We are a limited liability company. Most sole attorneys only have basic legal liability insurance, which amounts to just CZK 7 million, and let's face it, that's worth a small flat today. Our company has legal liability insurance for CZK 100 million which gives our clients a 100% sense of security. In the case of ad hoc contracts, we negotiate even higher insurance limits, protecting the client's rights comes first.
Due to the size of our team, we have full representation and the founding partners have overview of all ongoing cases and you, the client, know their personal phone number. We are thus able to provide services outside normal working hours, at night and at weekends, when needed, mostly for criminal or tax cases, in short, when the client needs it, not when it suits the attorney.
Thanks to our modern office management system, we are able to provide our services more efficiently and save you time and money. Although we also maintain physical files, they are available electronically to the entire office in real time anywhere in the world. We are able to passively watch for deadlines, statutes of limitations, possible entity bankruptcies, changes in the land registry, etc., ensuring our client's peace of mind and taking on these administrative concerns for them while ensuring maximum data protection.
According to the Czech Bar Association's regulations, we are able to provide services for a fee determined by a share of the outcome of the case (so-called success fee). From the outset, you know a clear hourly rate or percentage. Our prices and services are completely transparent.
When we take on a case, we collect an advance payment determined on the basis of the specific circumstances of the case, which should be adequate to the volume of anticipated use of legal services over the next two months. We make an exception to this rule for the provision of services to regular clients or on an ad hoc basis.
Costs associated with external collaborators of our office, court, administrative or other fees (notary fees or expert opinions) are fully covered by the client, but everything depends on the agreement.
Contract fee (charged after 15 minutes):
We are VAT payers, so the services charged are always increased by the statutory value added tax.
In the case of urgent legal services, the contractual fee may be increased accordingly.
Compensation for loss of time shall be 15% of the hourly rate for each half hour commenced. The travel fee is CZK 9/1 km when the attorney travels from his/her seat, whether to a court or other hearing related to the provision of legal services.
